Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to Fably to the email hello@fably.it within the aforementioned deadline.

6.2 In the event of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the products within 7 days of receiving the email from Fably with the instructions for returning the product and booking collection by courier.

6.3 The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, in a perfectly clean condition, as well as with the relative documentation and any accessories. Damaged products or those showing signs of wear will not be accepted, but only those kept in a normal state of conservation and/or stored with the use of normal diligence. In the event that this happens, Fably reserves the right not to refund the customer.

6.4 Once the returned products have been received, Fably will refund the amount paid by the Customer, excluding any additional delivery costs, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.

6.5 In the event of a return request for a product exchange with a value higher than that previously purchased, Fably reserves the right to request payment of the difference before shipping the replacement product.

6.6 In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal in violation of the times and methods indicated in this article 5, Fably will consider itself free not to accept the return of the product and not to refund the amounts.

6.7 The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded in the following cases:

  •  sale of goods made to measure or personalized (art. 59, letter c of the Consumer Code);
  • sale of goods under Official Licenses from third parties, which the number of products is capped.

6.8 Returns will be made with delivery costs borne by the customer in the following cases:

  • return due to a change of mind about the purchase;

  • return due to an error in the selected size, dimension, or option;

  • return for other reasons not attributable to a defect in the item or a shipping error by Fably.
