You are purchasing a ticket for the event organized by Fably, which will be held on May 29, 2026, in Milan - at Giardino Ventura, via Privata Giovanni Ventura 10, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Terms of Purchase and Participation
The purchase of a ticket implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Nature of the Ticket
The ticket is PERSONAL, NOMINATIVE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
By purchasing this ticket, you declare that you will be 18 years old by May 29, 2026.
Once the purchase is complete:
• it is not modifiable
• it is not refundable
• it is not possible to request a name change
No requests for changes will be accepted for any reason, including errors during purchase or unforeseen inability to attend.
2. Event Changes by the Organization
If, due to force majeure, safety reasons, authority directives, venue unavailability, or other circumstances that compromise the regular running of the event, the organization is forced to change the date and/or times, the ticket will remain valid for the new schedule.
In such a case, the buyer may choose between:
• using the ticket for the new date/time
• requesting a refund of the ticket price
The refund will only cover the ticket value and will not include any ancillary costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, service fees, etc.).
A name change is excluded in any case.
3. Non-Participation
In case of non-participation for any reason attributable to the buyer (e.g., personal emergencies, illness, delays, purchase errors), the ticket:
• is not refundable
• is not modifiable
• is not transferable to third parties
4. Buyer's Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during purchase, including:
• name and surname
• email
• selected ticket type
Errors will not entitle to modifications or refunds. Please carefully verify the accuracy of the data before proceeding with the purchase.
5. Checks and Access to the Event
At the entrance, checks may be carried out on:
• participant's identity
• correspondence with the name on the ticket
• required documentation
In case of irregularities:
• access may be denied, without right to a refund
6. Official Communications
All communications regarding the event will be sent to the contacts provided during purchase.
It is the buyer's responsibility to:
• provide correct data
• monitor emails and communications
6. Use of Images, Videos and Content (Image Rights)
By purchasing the ticket and participating in the event, the participant expressly authorizes, pursuant to art. 10 of the Civil Code and articles 96 and 97 of Law no. 633/1941, the Organizer and its related parties:
• free of charge, without time or territorial limits, to create and use images, videos and audio content
• to publish on websites, social media and other channels
• to use for marketing, advertising and commercial purposes
• to transfer to sponsors, partners and licensees
The participant declares to have no claims in this regard.
7. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data provided will be processed by the Organizer, as Data Controller, for the following purposes:
• managing the purchase and participation in the event
• administrative, fiscal, and legal compliance
• managing communications related to the event
• event security and organization
The provision of data is mandatory for participation in the event.
Data may be communicated to:
• service providers (e.g., ticketing platforms, event management)
• technical and organizational partners
• competent authorities, where required
Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and in compliance with legal obligations.
The data subject has the right to:
• access their data
• request its rectification or erasure
• restrict or object to its processing
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
8. Limitation of the Organizer's Liability
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:
• direct or indirect damages resulting from force majeure
• cancellation or modification of the event in the foreseen cases
• service disruptions not directly attributable to the organization
• actions of third parties or other participants
• loss, theft, or damage to personal items
Participation in the event is at the individual responsibility of the participant.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the ticket, the buyer declares to have:
• carefully read these terms
• understood them
• fully accepted them without reservation
