ACCESS TO THE VENUE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED WITHOUT A TICKET

You are purchasing 2 tickets to the event organized by Fably, which will take place on May 29, 2026, in Milan - at Giardino Ventura, via Privata Giovanni Ventura 10, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Participation

The purchase of a ticket implies full acceptance of these conditions

1. Nature of the Ticket

The ticket is PERSONAL, NOMINATIVE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

By purchasing this ticket, you declare that you will be at least 14 years old by May 29, 2026.

Once the purchase is complete:

• it is not modifiable
• it is not refundable
• name changes are not possible

No requests for changes will be accepted for any reason, including errors during purchase or unforeseen inability to participate.

2. Event Changes by the Organization

If, due to force majeure, safety reasons, authority directives, venue unavailability, or other circumstances that compromise the regular running of the event, the organization is forced to change the date and/or times, the ticket will remain valid for the new schedule.

In such a case, the buyer may choose between:

• using the ticket for the new date/time
• requesting a refund of the ticket price

The refund will cover only the value of the ticket and will not include any ancillary costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, service fees, etc.).

In any case, name changes are excluded.

3. Non-Participation

In case of non-participation for any reason attributable to the buyer (e.g., personal emergencies, illness, delays, purchase errors), the ticket:

• is not refundable
• is not modifiable
• is not transferable to third parties

4. Buyer's Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the purchase, including:

• first and last name
• email
• selected ticket type

Errors will not entitle to modifications or refunds. Please carefully verify the accuracy of the data before proceeding with the purchase.

5. Minors Under 14 Years Old

Minors under 14 years old:

• must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• must remain under the responsibility of the chaperone for the entire duration of the event
• the biographical data of the responsible adult must be indicated in the parental release form

In the absence of the chaperone, access will not be permitted.

6. Parental Release (Mandatory)

For this type of ticket, a parental release form is required:

• the release form will be sent after purchase
• it must be completed and signed
• it must be returned within 24 hours of receiving the release form from us

In case of failure to send within the deadline, the ticket will be automatically canceled and made available for resale

7. Controls and Event Access

Upon entry, checks may be carried out on:

• participant's identity
• correspondence with the name on the ticket
• required documentation

In case of irregularities:

• access may be denied, without the right to a refund

8. Official Communications

All communications regarding the event will be sent to the contacts provided during the purchase process.

It is the buyer's responsibility to:

• provide correct data
• monitor emails and communications

9. Use of Images, Videos, and Content (Image Rights)

By purchasing the ticket and participating in the event, the participant expressly authorizes, pursuant to art. 10 of the Civil Code and arts. 96 and 97 of Law no. 633/1941, the Organizer and its affiliated entities:

• free of charge, without time or territorial limits, to create and use images, videos, and audio content
• to publish on websites, social media, and other channels
• to use for marketing, advertising, and commercial purposes
• to assign to sponsors, partners, and licensees

The participant declares to have nothing to claim in this regard.

10. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data provided will be processed by the Organizer, as Data Controller, for the following purposes:

• management of purchase and participation in the event
• administrative, tax, and legal compliance
• management of communications related to the event
• safety and organization of the event

The provision of data is mandatory for participation in the event.

Data may be communicated to:
• service providers (e.g., ticketing platforms, event management)
• technical and organizational partners
• competent authorities, where required

Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and in compliance with legal obligations.

The data subject has the right to:
• access their data
• request rectification or erasure
• restrict or object to processing
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

11. Limitation of Organizer's Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:

• direct or indirect damages resulting from force majeure
• cancellation or modification of the event in the cases provided
• disservices not directly attributable to the organization
• behavior of third parties or other participants
• loss, theft, or damage to personal items

Participation in the event is at the individual responsibility of the participant.

12. Acceptance of Conditions

By purchasing the ticket, the buyer declares to have:

• carefully read these conditions
• understood them
• accepted them in full without reservation

NB: IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO NOMINATE A DIFFERENT ADULT CHAPERONE BY MAY 10, 2026, BUT THE SIGNATURES OF BOTH PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS AND A NEW RELEASE FORM WILL BE REQUIRED.
